I’m getting the Visual Web Designer views are unavailable error on MyEclipse on OpenSuse 10.2. I tried uncommenting the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME line in the startup script, but still no luck. I’ve searched the forums and can’t find anything that seems to work. Also, the error logs don’t really show anything that points to this (no dependencies missing, etc). Any ideas? TIA!

Due to some stability issues we discovered while building 5.5M1, we explicitly disabled the visual web designer on Linux until we can get the issues with it worked out. We do have a way to turn it on experimentally on Linux, but don’t recommend it at this time. We anticipate that we’ll get the problem resolved for 5.5M2 in mid-March. Sorry for the inconvenience in the interim.
