    Hello,
    I am trying to deploy my project under my webapps/cocoon/ folder but myEclipse doesnt let me.
    Ideas ?

    This is a problem with the EA2 release. The deployment location for webapps currently ignores the context root setting and uses the project name instead. It’s been fixed in the GA release.
