    Greg,

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you answer below queries to help me investigate further –
    1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and copy and paste the same here
    2. Clear your .log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and attach the file here
    3. Are you behind firewall / proxy? If yes, have you setup the same here – window > preferences > general > network connections?
    4. Please attach screenshot of Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > Colaboration tab

    gduerb,

Thank you for the details and screenshots. Please follow below steps –
    1. Based on the attached screenshot I see that there is a pending workspace preference to be applied to your ME Blue 10 profile. I would recommend you click on [Apply 1 change] and follow the wizard. When prompted, please choose to restart the IDE. Next try and share.
    2. In case this is still an issue, I would recommend you repair / re-install your MEB 10 profile. You need to double click on the MyEclipse Blue 10 installer file, it will list you 4 options. You could choose to repair / re-install / create another copy of this profile. Try and share again.
    3. In case this is still an issue, please provide detailed steps that lead to this issue. At this stage I would recommend you create a support bundle. You need to click on “Create Support Bundle” icon, this looks the life saver icon under “About This Profile”. Please include the weblink of the post to help quickly trace this issue.

Let me know how this works for you.

    Best.
