    Hi all,

    w2k sp2
    eclipse 2.1.2(fresh install for myeclipse)
    myeclipse 2.6.4
    jdk 1.4

Basically my issue is this. I created a new project within myeclipse. I then closed myeclipse. Then I copied the contents of one of my existing projects, which works fine on Tomcat5, into the webroot folder of my newly created project. I opened myeclipse again and then refreshed the project and got 16 error messages that said “unexpected </tiles:” and a 17th that said “The content of element type “formset” is incomplete, it must match “(constant*,form+)”.” When I deploy the project to my tomcat 5, everything works ok. So why can’t I compile? Just to make sure it’s known, I’m using struts as well and the 17th error message is in the validation.xml included in struts.

    TIA
    Mike B

    Mike,

I’m really sorry I missed responding to your post. Sometimes I’m a bit overwhelmed by the volume and this one fell through the cracks. From what you’re reporting, I think these problems are resolved in the 2.7 RC1 release that just went out. If you’re still interested in running this down, could you give it a try and let us know how it goes?
