On myEclipse prospective have many directory and files in a web project, how do I configure them to deploy to proper location through
MyEclipse deploy entry button. My index.jsp do not go to .\webapps\Myapp directory

ayc,
MyEclipse’s deployment mechanism does not do any translation of your project when it is deployed, it does a straight recursive copy. If your project is in a non-WAR format, you will likely need to rely on a custom Ant script to handle deployment.
