    Hi,
Ineed to use the JRockit jdk with tomcat on my dev environment. I set JAVA_HOME to the new JDK. When I try to run tomcat from comman line it uses the Jrockit jdk. However starting tomcat from MYeEclipse will force it to use Sun JDK. How can configure it to use the JRockit

    lordhiru,

You can configure your tomcat to use JRockit jdk from MyEclipe. For this I would recommend you to follow the below steps.

    1) Click “Configure” on context menu of Tomcat server in Servers view.
    2) Expand Tomcat x.x node to locate JDK option.
    3) In JDK option, click Add button
    4) Click Directory button to browse JRockit Jdk.
    5) Give a name of your choice to JRE Name
    6) Click Finish>Apply>OK
