I need to convert a system that was written for Websphere Application Server to be deployed on a JBoss Application server. I thought that I could import the system (consisting of four seperate projects – EAR project, WAR project, EJB Project and RAR Project) into MyEclipse and then generate the deployment descriptors for JBoss using MyEclipse.

MyEclipse allows for the creation of an Enterprise Application Project EAR that consists of a WAR project and EJB Project. But it doesn’t seem to allow for the creation of a RAR or Connector type Project.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a different way of creating a Connector Project in MyEclipse so that I will be able to export it as a RAR in the end? Also does anybody perhas know of a better way of translating this system into a JBoss application?

    Hope somebody can help.

MyEclipse doesn’t support connector projects. Sorry about that.
