    On GT-P31110, Android 4.2.2:

    Chekcing ADB Helper service..
    Constantly Starting ADB Helper service..
Failed attempt to open socket (error)

    App is installed and debugable.

    Hi prinzC,

Thank you for reporting that, we’re investigating the issue now.

Good news are: the only thing you’re missing because of this problem is unability to see running apps icons and names, so debugging them is still possible.

Thx. We were not able to replicate this issue on our android devices until a couple of days ago. By that time we were already inside the must-ship-an-update for the ios9 release today. We are working on a fix now.

We implemented a fix for this issue. Would you please try this developer v1 build and let us know if it fixes the issue for you?

    hi @prinzC
The development version I shared (see links above) includes special logic that should avoid the repetitive device support install fail notice. Can you confirm that you are running this version?
From the GapDebug toolbar menu>About, the version info is: “Version 2015 Update 6 (2.2) dev-1”?
