Hi

First, i registered, downloaded and unzipped Eclipse 2.1.1 (eclipse-SDK-2.1.1-win32.zip).
Then downloaded and installed MyEclipse (EnterpriseWorkbenchinstaller_020700RC2.exe).
Installation went fine. I pointed to the Eclipse folder in the installation.
But when i run MyEclipse, i am getting the following error in a message window:

JVM Terminated: exitcode=2
C:\winnt\system32\javaw.exe
-cp c:\eclipse\eclipse\startup.jar org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main

-ws win32
-arch x86
-showsplash C:\eclipse\eclipse\eclipse.exe -showspash 600

Am i doing anything wrong in my installation?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please reply to this message and hit the Insert button and fill out the information for us. This helps us narrow down what the problem could be.

Also I’m interested what is in the <eclipse install dir>\workspace\.metadata\.log file, can you copy-paste that here for us? If its too long, just grab the last 2 instances in the file starting with:
