    Eclipse: 3.0.1
    ME: 3.8.3

When I try to create a new Class using TagSupport as a superclass I got the following error “Could not uniquely map the type name to a type. Path is…”

Unloading the ME J2ee lib from build path then adding the jar files using external jar solve the problem ( 🙂 )

Looks like a problem in the build path.

Uninstalling ME an reinstalling doesn’t solve the problem

Next time this happens please tell me what your libraries on your build path were. I’m currently developing a custom taglib and only have the J2EE 1.4 Library Set in my build path, and don’t see this… although if I had duplicates mounted this might have occured (for example, the J2EE Library Set and jsp-api.jar from Tomcat)
