myEclipse has really helped me transition from a legacy programmer to a java programmer – thank-you! I have created several projects using the Eclipse wizards and have had no problems.

I have begun using Subversion and have created a directory structure in the repository that mirrors the recommended directory structure found at: http://java.sun.com/blueprints/code/projectconventions.html

My problem is how do I create a J2EE project and configure myEclipse to use my existing directory structure structure instead of having it create one for me? Builders, Deployment, etc are not configured. Do I have to do all of these manually? Is there a way to convert an existing directory structure into a J2EE app?

Never mind…. I just created an Eclipse project and added it to the respository at the location where I wanted the new branch.
