I have an existing Java and Web project with ant build files. The projects where setup using the recommended sun project layout. I have both NetBeans and Intellij IDEA on my computer and I can edit/build the projects using either one of these IDE’s. I just installed MyEclipse and I am trying to port the projects over. I could not finsd any help or documentation as to how to do this. In addition I cannot see a way to create a project in MyEclispe based on an existing project that uses ant build files. Any help is appreciated ❗ .

    shamsian,
We don’t currently support importing projects that use existing ant build files. What you would need to do is create a new Web Project, and then drag the portions of your application over into the new web project’s appropriate locations. This may change the layout of your project a little however. A suggested project layout is here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/FAQ+index-myfaq-yes-id_cat-30.html#111

But if you post your current project layout, I can likely tell you how to lay it out in MyEclipse.
