    There appears to be a problem with conflicting versions of ASM.jar if a new web project is created and the following are added…
    * Spring 2.5 – including the Spring 2.5 AOP option
    * Hibernate 3.2

    If I take out the Spring AOP option everything works OK.

    I’m not sure if this is MyEclipse bug. Its more of a Spring 2.5 Hibernate 3.2 issue but I’ll make a note of this. Thank you for your feedback.

    It is as you copy across various jar files when you select the different ‘My Eclipse/ … capabilities”
