This shortcut launch the Traditional Chinese input software
for keying in Chinese word. In eclipse 2.1 there are (alt+/)
and (ctl+space) for Content Assist in standard configuration.

Are there any plans to add this shortcut (alt+/) in the near future?

Are you referring to the JSP editor with this request, or something else?

Oops sorry, I’m referring to JSP editor in my previous post.

I’ve added this as an enhancement request into our internal tracking system. Thanks for bringing it to our attention as we don’t typically test this configuration. However, China is a big potential market. 🙂

We’ve looked into this request and we don’t do anything with respect to the key mappings. The JSP editor simply hooks into the existing completion operation based on whatever binding is being used.

Is it possible to reconfigure the key bindings yourself to get the functionality you’re requesting?
