Hi,
if you manualy modify the cache.manifest file (eg. adding Network items) and you then publish (as a webapp) your app from the Test Center, the cache.manifest file is overwritten and returned to its default.

Instead, if you do the same in the design center, a pop-up is asking you if you want reset or not the manifest file.
