Installed ME Pro 2014 on Linux (SUSE 12) machine. Configured the cvs for version control. Made a connection to the cvs server (also on Linux). It worked fine.

For some unknown reason, when tried refresh the Branches in CVS Repositories, it displayed an error message:

Cound not connect to: pserver:cvs@cvs_server_IP:/cvs/cvsroot: Cannot connect to host: Connection refused.

    What could be the cause?

    Thanks

    Eugene
P.S. I did ping the cvs_server_IP, the response was fine.

    Eugene,

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

Are you behind a firewall or proxy? If yes then you have to setup your proxy information here – Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections.

If the issue persists, clear the contents of the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and send us the .log file for further investigation.

Let us know how it works for you.
