I am having a problem with the MyEclipse setup not stopping at any of my breakpoints when running with the tomcat server. This problem appears to be local to my PC, as the install and settings are the same with other PC’s? I have looked at the apache website and get nothing from those. Any thoughts?

First thing to make sure is if you are using Ant to build and deploy your project, make sure your <javac> task is setting the debug and debuglevel arguments so the generated code HAS the debugging information in it so MyEclipse knows what to do with it.
