Is there way to not debug ic.class?? every time I debug on my eclipse blue (on WS) debug i going into this class

You should be able to add it to the debug step filters so that the debugger wont descend into that class. You also have to enable the toggle button “Use step filters” button on the debug view. You can access the step filters by going to step filtering pref page Window > preferences > java > debug > step filtering
