Hi.
We installed MyEclipse 8.5 after using ME6. We got product-files to export our rcp-applications. we defined 6 bmp-images to create a custom icon for the ‘productname’.exe file.
with 8.5 it is creating only myeclipse.exe with standard-icon after eclipse product export. what can I do to use those images? Is this a bug?

Martin,
When we have exported myeclipse itself, we don’t use the 6 images option, we use the ICO file option where the required resolutions are embedded. This is a PDE feature, not a MyEclipse supported feature, so if this isn’t working, you will need to ask for help in the PDE newsgroups.
When you say “standard icon” – do you mean the standard Eclipse icon? Or do you get the MyEclipse icon? I have also noticed that several times, windows XP can display an incorrect icon and when we copy the same file to another OS like Vista or Windows 7, it tends to appear correctly. This is a bug in XP as opposed to the PDE.
