Hi Richard,
MobiOne will generate both webapps (optimized mobile website) and native apps. The following info is for native app distribution.
If you plan for public distribution of your app you should consider itunes appstore for an ios app and google play store for an android app. If you are seeking to privately distribute an ios app that will require either an enterprise developer license and limits app distribution to the organization’s employees. Or ad hoc distribution which is not generally practical as you have to manage every device id the app will be installed on. For android distribution you can simply do what MobiOne App Center does and make the app downloadable from a web server of your choice. Please note that MobiOne App Center should not be considered a long term hosting service as it is geared for development. App distribution has a different set of concerns that are not supported by MobiOne App Center at this time.
If you wish to share a webapp version of your project with a client for evaluation purposes then you can send the email notice that is sent by MobiOne to all receipients specified on the Notification page/tab of the ios and android app build wizards.
For your QR question, you can gen a QR code online for a URL with ease and share it with your customers if you want.
