Just a quick query – is it possible to configure Myeclipse to deploy to a managed server via a different admin server?

Not currently, I also don’t know that we would support something this specific unless enough users wanted it or a company wanted to fund the development. We try and stick to “core” functionality that benefits everyone across teh board when targeting new features.
