    I got this error when I build a bottom up web service for Axis by using WTP.

    IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
    axis-admin failed with {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (404)/ACPT_WS/services/AdminService

    Anybody can give me a suggestion?
