Hello friends –
Used to use myeclipse a lot. Had to stop for a few years. Now I have to do a quickie project. When I deploy to my local tomcat instance, it publishes .class and web.xml, but nothing else under src and no library files, nothing from maven, nothing directly attached to via build path. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry to hear you’re having issues – normally deployment should just work out of the box, especially if you created a new project. A change we made in the last few years (possibly after you last used MyEclipse) is a shift to Deployment Assembly. Please have a look at this document and see if you can correct the configuration.
