My EAR and WAR projects are deploying fine from Eclipse 3.1 to Orion 2.0.5. However, my XDoclet generated files (ejb-jar.xml, etc.) for my EJB project are not being deployed. The source directory for the project is “src” and the output folder is “classes”. The samples for setting up XDoclet say to set the destDir to “build/META-INF”. However, the deployer doesn’t seem to know how to find them in the “build/META-INF” directory. When I change the destDir for XDoclet to “src/META-INF” the files are deployed fine. I’d rather not have the files going to the src directory though. Am I missing something?

Please also tell me how to locally setup a project exactly as you have so you can walk me through what is going wrong. I want to duplicate this issue.
