even if i create another workspace it fails but i installed latest trial version on another machine and there it worked..so don’t know issue on my machine

Try installing MyEclipse again on your machine but to a brand new location using the All in One install. It should resolve this issue.

this happens on vista if tomcat is installed in the program files directory (it seems there are security constraints which prevent adding a new js file)
