Hi, I know this has been addressed before, but I have not seen a satisfactory reply. I’m on Eclipse 3.0 and MyEclipse 3.8.1. When I deploy a Web app to WebSphere 5.1 (packaged) the first time, or after removing an old one from WebSphere altogether, it shows the application as being out of date. Redeploy does not solve this problem. Subsequent deployments don’t solve it either. I don’t experience this problem with WebLogic or Tomcat.

Ideas?

😳 Turns out this is an ID10T error code – I had the WebSphere home directory set to WebSphere as opposed to Websphere/Appserver. Sorry for wasting ur time.

Thanks for the followup. We really appreciate it because it saves us time trying to run it down and serves as a record of a common misstep that can happen to other users. Who knows, by documenting this here you might have saved dozens of people a lot of time. 🙂
