support-michaelKeymasterWe isolated the problem in your example design to inaccessible custom accessory images in your design.
Here is an error msg “Can not load stock icon F:\Sharing\Dev Iphone\Mobione\icons iPhone\Glyphish Icons\53-house.png”. Is this file accessible and not locked by another program?

Albatros78ParticipantHy Wayne,
Probably the good way to investigate from my side. I’ll check tomorrow
In fact I have moved my icons directory on my laptop.
In this case I can undertsand this message, because I forgot to change the path into any mobi projectBut need probably to change also paths into each mobi project.
So where can you catch this error message:
“Can not load stock icon F:\Sharing\Dev Iphone\Mobione\icons iPh …”On my screen I never received any error message ?
Logs files ? which one and where is it ?thanks

That would definitely cause a problem. Can you create a duplicate path to the media custom images on your new machine as the old machine? If yes, then your designs should render correctly again.>So where can you catch this error message: “Can not load stock icon F:\Sharing\Dev Iphone\Mobione\icons iPh …”
I found this entry in the mobione log file.I am in discussions with the dev team over how to provide a notice for this problem and to prevent the design center from acting goofy if an image is N/A.

Albatros78ParticipantYes. This is a real issue if you change the path or machine.
Need to check to path during launching and display a message if path has changed .
You speak about mobione logs file. Which one ? where is it localized ? how to generate it ?
would be very usefull for usThanks

support-michaelKeymasterWe are currently implementing a quick solution to enable your design files to render in the Visual Designer when custom media images are kaput because user has moved or deleted the referenced images. The idea is to provide a stand-in image that indicates the original image can not be accessed. This will be similar to how browsers visually indicate missing images. We hope to provide a dev build with this solution today or tomorrow. A more comprehensive solution with a longer delivery timeline will follow thereafter.
