Hello:
Can I build a Desktop Application with MobiOne? I need one that will mimic the mobile app that I am building.
If not, can you suggest other programs that could do that — easily?

Not directly. Are you needing to build for windows or cross platform (windows, osx, linux)?
Win 8 is promising to be able to support a similar hybrid native app architecture used by mobione.
