Using Eclipse 3.1 is not supported at this time. We will begin supporting Eclipse 3.1 in the later RC build cycles. There are too many API breakages that occur during development of the Eclipse codebase and we wasted so much valuable time trying to support the M-builds during the Eclipse 3.0 build cycle that we will likely never do it again until the Eclipse builds reach Release Candidate stage.
