Does Myeclipse Workbench support EJB3 ?
does it provide a true WYSIWYG for web development ?

no ejb3, no facelets yet.
I have a question as well. Which WTP does this version use? Can other Callisto-compatible IDEs be installed side by side with this?

I’ll add that WYSIWYG is awesome in MyEclipse 5.0GA. Check out the MyEclipse Visual HTML/JSP/Struts/JSF designer.
The underlying WTP version is 1.5 as shipped in the Callisto distribution so other IDEs that are based on the Callisto release should be able to run without any problems. However, we don’t currently test such combinations internally.
