    Hello all,

I have been trying to download the 5.1 MyEclipse plugin (i already have 3.2 installed) from the website since last Friday with no luck. It takes about 5 minutes and then comes up “The page cannot be displayed”. Is there work being done to fix this? Is there somewhere else i can go for this download?

    Hi jf9645,
Thats strange because I just tried clicking on the download link at my end and its working perfectly fine. Which OS are you trying to download the MyEclipse plugin for? Is the *All in One* full stack installer giving you the same problem?

    Nipun,
I have tried from 2 other computers in different locations and had the same result. Both computers were able to download in the past from MyEclipse successfully but are now having problems.

    I’ve tried 2 URL’s…
    Stack: http://downloads4.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/5.1.1GA/MyEclipse_5.1.1GA_FullStackInstaller.exe
    Plugin: http://downloads4.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/5.1.1GA/MyEclipse_5.1.1GA_Installer.exe

I am running Windows 2000 and the version of Internet Explorer is 6. I am also having problems trying to download using Firefox, version info: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.0.11) Gecko/20070312 Firefox/1.5.0.11

Hmmm.. something seems to be wrong with the network at your end because the urls you posted are correct and they work. Try from a completely different network (like @home instead of @work) to see if that helps.

Can you send me a tracert from a problem machine to downloads4.myeclipseide.com I’d be curious to see what’s failing.
