I’m sure this has to have been requested before, but my biggest complaint about MyEclipse, and Eclipse in general, is that there’s no drag and drop text support. I’ve had it in just about every text editor I’ve used, except Notepad, maybe 😛

While I’m on the topic, two other features that I’d like to see (considering I’m used to them from other tools) are block selections (hold down Alt and you can select columns, instead of just rows) and drag and drop copying. I’m sure most people will just say to use copy-paste, but drag and drop copying is so much quicker and easier.

These features are all in MS Word, for instance, if anyone wants to check them out. You’d be surprised how often you’d use them if they were available, which is the only reason I’m posting it.

We will certainly consider the enhancements, thank you for filing them.
