Hello,

I am currently trying to work through the creation of an application and find myself struggling with what I believe are special circumstances…compared to they examples that I have worked through on the mobione site… I am trying to create a form that has a certain set of data that the user must collect…however, they will need the ability to collect the same set of data multiple times of which I have no idea of knowing how many… Therefore, I need the ability to set the form structure up as an initial single form and then have the user click an add button in the top right if they need to collect another series of data for another location… The page would then dynamically add another identical layout for the user to fill in and continue on as many times as the user needed to add data…Please see the attached screenshot and file for a clearer picture of what I am talking about.

Any takers? Really struggling on how something like that can be added… If I am not providing enough information related to the issue please let me know and I can try to provide what is necessary. Thanks again for any and all help in advance!

This is just like the dynamic list example. You just need to know the HTML for the widgets you’re maniplulating (or not) on the fly using Javascript.
