I think I read that it is not possible to have a dynamic text box size. Is this true even if I modify the css in the script? I have an app that has an admin screen where they can change text for each of the pages, but I don’t want to lose text, or have a lot of white space.

Example:
My app reads from a text file into a text box.
The user can go to an edit screen and edit the text file (php call).
It then reloads into the text box.
If the text is too long it gets cut off.

Can I dynamically change the amount of text it will hold (more or less).

If not, is there a way to limit the textarea box’s input?
