    When using the MyEclipse Add/Remove Modules function on a JEE5 application, application.xml isn’t always updated correctly. The behavior is sparadic, however it seems to manifest itself more frequently when making more than one change at a time.

    Hi amattas,
    I tried reproducing this issue at my end but was unsuccessful. Ill still try again sometime later and will file it as a bug for my dev team incase I can reproduce it.

    One way to reproduce the above issue.

    1. Have an JEE5 Project With Web and EJB Module
    2. Ensure that both are listed in the application.xml file
    3. Refactor->Rename the EJB Bean
    4. Check application.xml file again.
