I try myeclipse 3.7Rc2 with new eclipse 3.0M7 and get error :
class de.bb.jsp.JspCC not foundIs there plan for support eclipse 3.0 M7

Yes most definately. The 3.7 GA release (due out in a few weeks) will support M7.
Sorry for the delay, but keeping a plugin compatible with M-releases of Eclipse is really a moving target; so now that a new M-release is out, the ME team needs some time to sync up with it.
