Eclipse hangs on closing with MyEclipse and XML Spy enabled

Hello,

I’ve made an Eclipse setup with XMLSpy 2007 integration and MyEclipse. Both products run perfectly well within Eclipse, but when I try to exit Eclipse, it hangs (freezes) and never closes.

If I either disable XML Spy *or* MyEclipse, Eclipse shuts down without any problem.

Steps to reproduce:

Install Eclipse 3.2.1
Install MyEclipse 5.1
Install XML Spy 2007
Install XML Spy 2007 “Eclipse Integration”
Start up Eclipse
Add new extension pointing to MyEclipse
Add new extension pointing to XML Spy 2007
Close Eclipse

Any help is welcome!

Pierre-Yves,

Can you look at the log file at <workspace-location>/.metadata/.log and see if any errors that look related are logged there?
