Could you please let us know if there is any specific action which causes the slowdown or do you see this for any specific editors types/projects etc.

I sent you an email with steps to downgrade the Angular Language Service. Did you get a chance to try it?
Does it help in fixing the navigation issue?

Did you start seeing the performance issue after downgrading the Angular Language Service or even before that?
