Is this a new install of CodeMix or an already working install which stopped connecting?
Can you please share with us the workspace log file from the workspace dir/.metadata/.log (alternatively, click on the icon for ‘Export Log’ in the Error Log view) save it as text file and attach it here to help us investigate further?
