Can I use the base Eclipse after my subscription to MyEclipse expires without uninstalling MyEclipse?
The ideal thing would be to renew your MyEclipse subscription 🙂 You should be able to use Base Eclipse, unless you are using MyEclipse capabilities. I would recommend you to renew your MyEclipse subscription.
Great! I am just wondering how clean this behavior will be. I can start up (My)Eclipse and there will not be annoying popups unless I cick on a MyEclipse capability, right? Or will the MyEclipse options be disabled?
You are right, you can work with Eclipse. But if you use MyEclipse capabilities, you will get popups reminding you to update your subscription 😉
