I have Eclipse 3.1, running on OSX, and myEclipse 4.1.1. To test another plugin which apparently conflicts with myEclipse, I went into Manage Configurations and disabled myEclpse. Now I am trying to figure out how to enable it. I see /Applications/MyEclipse/eclipse, but I don’t see a tickbox for “show disabled plugins”. All I see when I select /Applications/MyEclipse/eclipse is: Disable, Add An Extension Location, and Show Properties. I don’t see any plugins that I can identify as belonging to MyEclipse. I tried reinstalling Enterprise Workbench but it didn’t force myEclipse to be visible again.

    What should I do next?

If MyEclipse is no longer listed in that view so you can right click and reenable it, what you can do is right click Add New Extension > select your MyEclipse dir, then you can hit OK and restart.
