I haven’t been able to isolate the specific details, but the conflict seems to be related to the Jigloo SWT layout tool that I have been using. Too bad MyEclipse only supports Swing. I could eliminate one of the conflicting components in a heart-beat. 🙁

I ended up mashing the ORM output from BEA’s Workspace Studio, and MyEclipse and that seems to be providing me with a working solution.
