Please provide more details on what you are referring. For example if you are using the MobiOne App Center please describe what actions you are performing and details about your environment (windows OS version, are you behind a firewall/proxy, …). Since we can’t see your desktop try to imagine what info we need to understand the problem as you experience it and then send it to us, (screenshots go a long way towards this purpose).
