    A few questions to help us get started:

    0) Where is this error being presented? Is it in the Test Center emulator?
    – Can you post a screenshot?

    1) What is your machine’s OS: Win 7, Vista, XP?

    2) Did you install MobiOne to a non-default location? That is did you override the location that the MobiOne Installer proposed?
    2a) If yes please share the install directory path

    3) Can you describe the exact steps to replicate?

    What security software is running on your system?

    Can you share your MobiOne log file? (see #5 http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3033)

    Also please try disabling the embedded web server in MobiOne and repeat the scenario.

    1) navigate to Design Center windows menu>Setting>Local Web Server
    2) uncheck the “Enable Local Server” option
    3) click OK to save changes

    Run problem scenario; does Error 324 still occur?

    @rajatpandeyGVR,

    Thanks for your previous response and your patience.

    Could you tell us if you change the File Extensions property to something other than html? If yes, please revert back to html extenstion and see if that will resolve the issue.

    #330500

    @Octavio
    I’ve not changed File Extensions property. It is showing “html”.

    Looking forward to other suggestions.

    Update: we are still investigating.

    #330714

    Hi rajatpandeyGVR,

    We have not given up. We are tracking this issue with a bug. We had to stop investigation recently as we are working all out on the 2.2 update coming in another couple of days. We will return to it as soon as 2.2 is released.

    @Wayne

    Please update if you have anything.
