Can you share with us how to replicate this problem and share the file(s) that cause this problem.

it happens on a GO-BACK event.

the element that it’s looking for is valid and in the document.
the same call earlier when transitioning to the page – is found.

if that’s not enough info – i can send you a link
    via email later tonight.

I sent you an email on this issue.

The problem is that the page I’m transitioning back to
has a list. I’m dynamically populating the list-items.

The error situation occurs when there are no entries.

On a related issue, I noticed that when I create
list-item entries dynamically – all of them have to have
    the same identifier.

I assume that’s because the CSS styling is being based
    partially on the identifier.

Could this not pose problems down the road and/or
    on certain platforms.

    it’s not critical.

Please update to the new MobiOne 1.3.1 release as it includes a more robust action implementation.
