fabiocarraffaMemberHi there!
When I go to Upload my new IPA, through Apple Application Loader (vrs 2.9) on my MacPro, I receive always the same 3 error message:1) Apple’s web service operation was not successful
2) Unable to authenticate the package: 715457667.itmsp
3) ERROR ITMS-9000: “Unsupported Architectures. Your executable contains unsupported architectures ‘[12-11]’.” at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)What means “Unsupported Architectures”?? and what Can I do??
Few days ago I uploaded an app and everything was fine but now does not seem to accept more, I tried to load another different app but I always get the same message.
I’m working with: Mobione 2.5.0.m2hf1, Cordova 2.9, jquery version 1.6.4 (others vrs up seems to have same problems..)
Please, answer me as soon as possible, I can’t continue with my work! Thanks in advance.

support-octavioMemberHi Fabio,
I’ve reported this problem to the dev team. Do you have the build ID of your app? if not, let me know if you used the same email you’ve registered in forums to build your app.

Our last modification to App Center was to include additional support for iOS7 for the Cordova 2.9 implementation. We verified appstore upload compatibility using Application Loader 2.9. No changes have been made since that time. I will reverify that no changes on itunes connect have broken uploads asap.
The unsupported architecture is not a mobione/appcenter issue – we have never replicated such an error using latest versions of osx, application loader and mac hardware. Other users reported a similar issue and their resolution, see http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?p=20603#p20603

support-michaelKeymasterI just completed a build and successful app upload to itunes appstore using 2.5M2/cordova 2.9. Prior to the upload test I update osx to version 10.8.5.

fabiocarraffaMemberI already have 10.8.5 and Applicatio Loader 2.9….
I tryied to delete Application Loader 2.9 and re-installing 2.7…
Strangely, I was able to upload one of the 5 apps that I have to send to ITC, but after uploading this app for the other keeps returning the same error message.
I’ve tryied all possible solution…nothing to do.
What can I do?
Please, help me asap.
Thanks in advance.

Try isolating some variables, the first being your upload environment. Other developers are able to upload to itunes. So what’s different?
Do you know any other developer with the latest hardware/osx/application loader that is uploading apps successsfully? If yes, see if you can work with his environment to test an upload. If you don’t have access to an environment that is known to reliably upload to itunes then consider contacting http://www.appstoreuploader.com/ to test an upload for $5.
