    I downloaded 7.1 and first received a permission error but corrected that and then received an error about Program Files\Genuitec\Common\plugins\javax.xml.rpc_1.1.0.v200806030420″ does not exist.

    Hey beericks,

    Can you check if you have javax.xml.rpc_1.1.0.v200806030420 located under your MyEclipse installation directory – Program Files\Genuitec\Common\plugins\?
