    Hi,

I am getting exactly the same error that has been discussed in this thread:-

    https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/myeclipse-blue-websphere-app-server-v8-start-error/#post-319568

I followed the suggested method to configure WAS 8 connector and have also setup WAS profile / server to start as Windows Service manually. While server starts fine using the standard startServer.bat but I get this error when attempting to start from MyEclipse:-

    [9/18/11 16:35:12:608 SGT] 00000000 AdminTool E ADMU0111E: Program exiting with error: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Ws60ProcessManagement (Not found in java.library.path)
    at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibraryWithPath(ClassLoader.java:1028)
    at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibraryWithClassLoader(ClassLoader.java:992)

    My Environment Details are:-
MyEclipse: Version: 9.1 Blue, Build id: 9.1-Blue-20110701, 64 bit
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
WAS: Application Server V8 64 bit

I will appreciate any help / suggestion to resolve this issue.

    Regards,
    Nitin

    khare_nitin,

In the post you linked to, wchi also said that a co-worker had the problem after setting the service to manual start. In my response I asked him to check that the profile his co-worker was trying to start is registered as a Windows service and is set to manual, since that has never failed to start for us. Given wchi’s response there, I assume the service wasn’t actually set to manual (or that it wasn’t the profile his co-worker was trying to start), since he got it to work. Could you please look at that post and ensure that you have everything set correctly?
