ClassLoader.findBootstrapClass(String)line:not available[native method]

I get the following error. I reinstalled 6.6 and am getting the same error?

Have you tried switch to a new workspace and debugging a simple web project. Does that work? I feel this is a workspace related issue.

This is likely because you are runnign MyEclipse with JRE and not full JDK with source. Can you confirm that?
