I have a app that opens up a excel file and when the excel file is open you can slide down the file using your touch screen but cannot move to the right of the file using the touch screen. You have to use the navigation arrows that located on the top of the sheet. I want to slide to the right using the same typical touch screen motion that I would use to slide down the file.

    A few questions:

    1) what device/os are you testing on, e.g. iphone5/ios6, galaxys3/android4.1…?

    2) When you open the excel file how is presented? For example, is it handled by another program or is it embedded using an HTML widget or something else…? I’m not clear exactly on how the excel file is being rendered?

    3) Can you provide a screenshot to give us an idea of what your UI looks like?

We are primarily testing with iphones but we have seen the sam behavior with a samsung galaxy.

I just have a list item widget configured with the action ” go to url ” which points directly to the xlsx file.

    3) Can you provide a screenshot to give us an idea of what your UI looks like?

How can I provide a screen shot of the excel file?

    Thanks for the info.

I was asking for a screenshot your excel file rendered on a device, e.g., iphone. On your iphone you can grap a pic of the screen by pressing the home and power buttons simultaneous. The screenshot will appear in your camera roll.

Sorry, I know how to get a screen shot. I just wan’t sure how to get it to you since we cannot add attachments to our post. I have sent the img as an attachment to your support email.
